Welcome to June and Joan Art's Website ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that administer your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement"). We have created this Privacy Policy to inform you what information we collect on the Website, how we use your information, and the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Website indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
SITE CONTENT
The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of products from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to June and Joan Art on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain June and Joan Art's property. We retain the right to monitor, delete and edit any of the above at our discretion.
PRIVACY
June and Joan Art takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. June and Joan Art Shop collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site infrequently. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through the June and Joan Art Shop, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it. June and Joan Art uses your information for three general purposes: to fulfill the orders and request for certain products and services you placed with us and to contact you about specials and new products. We do not monitor or record your shopping habits or use of the website. Any materials sent to www.belindaxiastudio.com will be considered confidential and will become the property of June and Joan Art. After you place an order at June and Joan Art Shop, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
A $5 Flat Rate shipping is offered within Australia unless otherwise specified.
This includes a tracking number which will be included in your Shipped email.
Small items such as A5 custom portraits are shipped as a letter with no tracking - this is reflected in the lower shipping rate. If you wish to have tracking, please select the ‘Flat Rate shipping’.
International orders incur a fee which will either be on the listing, or please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for Custom orders (as you can appreciate, it cannot be ‘re-sold’ as it was especially made for you). We also do not accept returns for items sold via Sale - these are Final transactions.
Whilst we do everything we can to make sure every piece that leaves the Studio arrives safely in your lovely hands, unfortunately sometimes it may not due to Postage ruckus or crazy weather. In this case, please contact me as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to resolve it!
You can choose a refund or exchange if a product has a major problem. This is when it:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the description or a sample; or
- doesn’t do what we said it would,
- or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.
